Product updates: October 11–17, 2026

This page summarizes customer-visible and operational changes delivered across Velosity since Sunday, October 11, 2026.

CPQ and Smart Quote

  • Good-Better-Best now uses product design sets and a company catalog of reusable benefits and fences. Administrators can define applicability, priority, pricing, benefit assignments, fence effects, and preview the comparison matrix. Quotes retain a display snapshot so historical lines keep the wording that was selected.
  • Rules continue to build each configured tier through config.Gbb.Good, Better, and Best. Legacy rule benefit strings and feature tags remain available during migration.
  • Production material requests now support direct task access, editable BOM-derived rows, additional repair parts, SAP batch numbers, and negative quantities for stock returns.
  • Smart Quote BOM rules can assign a preferred supplier and supplier process cost to a specific component occurrence.
  • Sales Quote document templates have expanded table bookmark guidance.
  • Customer ship-to repair migrations now work with the current schema.
  • Application navigation and access checks now use Platform entitlements. Feature access requests and expired-subscription routing go through Platform.

Platform and shared experience

  • Tenant, location, account, scheduling, and production displays use named time zones. Existing records are backfilled, and shared tenant controls understand the named time-zone contract.
  • Platform proposal workflows now cover editing, service lines, templates, delivery, retention, and operational status. Client managers can manage the relevant tenants, applications, and subscriptions.
  • Tenant deletion begins in Platform so provisioning state and downstream cleanup follow one lifecycle.
  • Shared application-feature, tenant chooser, and role switcher components provide consistent navigation across applications.

Signals and campaigns

  • Campaign administrators can import contacts from CSV and enroll the accepted contacts.
  • A trade-show follow-up blueprint creates the standard outbound sequence.
  • Signals uses the shared tenant and role switchers.

STORE

  • STORE has clearer store selection and configuration screens for domains, markets, payments, and themes.
  • Geo restrictions and unavailable-store responses have dedicated status experiences.
  • API health endpoints, startup validation, and deployment smoke checks provide clearer failure reporting.
  • ABC demonstration products are available in the demonstration store.

Production, inventory, and billing

  • Inventory screens expose contextual PROCESS work, feedback, and help actions.
  • Billing reminders and renewal processing use focused billing-contact lookup and updated secret loading.
  • Production task reopening is documented as a controlled workflow that restores work without losing its history.

Developer and operations changes

  • VELO.LIB added named time-zone contracts, shared feature view models, configured-item sourcing, material movements, and Good-Better-Best product contracts through version 1.3.0.183.
  • VELO.UI.LIB added shared feature, tenant, and role components through version 1.0.8.
  • STORE and Billing can load protected runtime configuration through Doppler integration.
  • Platform TEST deployment and subscription projection were updated for the DB-TEST topology.
